The Watan Group places employee welfare at the top of its agenda. Watan ensures it pays its guards well in order to ensure we retain the best and motivated personnel. This is also to ensure families as well as individuals are looked after. Many of our guards support large families and are often the only wage earner. The Watan Group takes an extensive interest in employee's families ensuring their welfare is also looked after.
All Watan personnel receive one day off a week, paid holiday and sick leave benefits. In the event of an employee being incapacitated through work, Watan ensures that all employee families are looked after and supported.
Through its various companies, the Watan Group seeks to provide jobs right across Afghanistan and has worked on a number of developmental projects to improve the lives of Afghan people.

All Watan staff have full medical and life cover; international staff have additional evacuation insurance. Insurance is compliant with US contract requirements and links into Guardian Medical Evacuation. Guardian are able to provide the following:
